About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Modeler to join our Sustainability team at Alpha. As an Energy Modeler, you will play a key role in carrying out energy modelling services using industry-leading software, such as IES and eQUEST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy modelling services to optimize building performance and reduce energy consumption;
- Develop and implement daylighting and thermal comfort models to enhance occupant comfort and productivity;
- Collaborate with the Sustainability team to achieve company-wide sustainability goals;
- Lead global and local projects, including sustainable building initiatives and operational efficiency programs;
- Manage the green building design and LEED/Estidama documentation process, ensuring compliance with industry standards;
- Review and quality control reports to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Support business development efforts by providing expert advice on energy efficiency solutions;
- Contribute to the company's rapid growth plans by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships;
- Provide site and office-based consultancy services to clients and stakeholders;
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in energy modelling, sustainability, and project management. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
