Job Summary

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager EIT & Integration Engineering to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires a residential presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the EIT & Integration Engineering department.
  • Design and implement controls to protect company information and intellectual properties.
  • Lead project management teams in planning, organizing, and controlling projects to ensure timely completion within budget, scope, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and recommend the EIT & Integration Engineering section budget by analyzing data and preparing financial reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Control & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the shipyard, offshore, or oil & gas industry in a design office.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Lead EICT in an Engineering Office.
  • Experience in power distribution and safety.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Power systems, Controls, Telecom & Navigation systems, Process Control System, ESD, and Fire & Gas systems, Integrated Automation Systems, etc.
