Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at Al Safwa Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle urgent customer inquiries, respond to queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
  • Team Support: Assist the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Order Management: Input orders, ensure they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Quotations and Orders: Prepare Quotations, Costing, Sales Orders, and LPO Monitoring.
  • Project Coordination: Handle hospitals and project tenders.
  • Delivery Coordination: Handle all delivery coordination related matters.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate directly with Suppliers and Forwarders.
  • Product Familiarization: Familiarize all the products in the showroom and pricing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in medical distributor companies and showroom sales.
  • Driving License: A driving license is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role preferably in the Medical equipment field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication in Arabic and English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
