About the Role

Daman - National Health Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Modeling Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, dictionaries, lineage, and business views of UDM and Data Lab.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including people management, selection, and development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with programming exposure. Advanced data modeling skills, dynamic self-driven nature, strategic thinking, and strong business understanding are essential.

In this role, you will work closely with the Information Architect to coordinate and provide input to business specifications for development activities. You will also collaborate with the Section Head, Data Governance to propose data quality tasks and administer a consistent standard Data Dictionary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data models, dictionaries, lineage, and business views of UDM and Data Lab
  • Coordinating and providing input to business specifications for development activities
  • Proposing data quality tasks and administering a consistent standard Data Dictionary
  • Enabling and supporting Intelligence services

You will have a strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required.
