**Job Title:** Data Entry Executive

**Company:** MDAR Food Company

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analysis of F&B stores consumption, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring seamless ordering and stocking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ProvisionMaster to analyze F&B stores consumption and optimize ordering processes.
  • Input all POs, invoices, inventories, and stock received into the computer system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in cooperation with the ProvisionMaster.
  • Conduct regular spot-checks on restaurant and Central Kitchen stock-takes.
  • Verify storing operations on the pier and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Input all requisitions into the computer system and control stock movements.
  • Account for any stock transfers between onboard locations.
  • Input physical bar stock counts into the computer system and analyze results to identify discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular spot-checks on physical inventories held in bars, food and beverage stores, galleys, and cellars.
  • Monitor and control tips and bonuses to bar staff.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by superiors.
  • Compile a physical inventory routine for each food and beverage location and verify inventory levels at least once a cruise or more as required.
  • Prepare a voyage report at the end of each cruise to be signed by the F&B Manager and sent to the shore-side office.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and management of the responsibilities detailed above.
  • Conduct random audits and reconciliations throughout the voyage and implement new computer installations and controls procedures as needed.
  • Run end-of-day reports on all bar point-of-sale workstations and distribute daily sales analysis reports as required.
  • Feed figures into spreadsheets to carry out control functions.
  • Review undefined accounts and tackle computer problems as they arise.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry or Inventory Controller is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Excellent typing and inventory skills are necessary.
