Education

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, is required.

A master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience

At least 7 years of experience in cloud management, with expertise in Azure and AWS.

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows is essential.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Technologies, including Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.

Experience in enterprise server and storage management, including CISCO UCS and NetApp.

Proficiency in software integration using programming languages, such as Perl, Python, and VB.

Infrastructure and Security

Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using DevOps practices.

Knowledge and experience with patch and vulnerability management systems.

Soft Skills

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Teamwork and Flexibility

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and be on call when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in related technologies, such as Azure, AWS, and VMware.

Experience in setting and managing an HCI environment, such as Nutanix.

Experience with integration or automation tools, such as Ansible and Boomi.

Experience with technologies, including VMware, Cohesity, Veeam, Infoblox, and NetApp.

Experience in email services management, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange.
