About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and vision for our Captain experience, working closely with our captains, markets, product analytics, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the roadmap for the captain experience, ensuring measurable results in a high-throughput and high-performing environment.
  • Constantly engage with our captains, actively listening to their needs and pain points to better articulate and prioritize their requirements.
  • Surfacing and examining opportunities from data mining, prioritizing based on strategic ROI and impact.
  • Manage stakeholders, bringing stability and a principled framework for decision-making and prioritization.
  • Grow a best-in-class captain experience, guided by first principles from science and economics, grounded by data, iterating fast with experimentation, and compounding improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing supply for marketplaces and booking experiences for ride-hailing, two-sided marketplaces, and deliveries.
  • Strong mobile app product management background with at least 5 years of relevant experience, comfortable discussing UI/UX, algorithms, and ML models.
  • Impact-driven with an experimentation and simulation mindset, experience in AB/Multivariate testing, common pitfalls, and avoiding being fooled by randomness.
  • Proactiveness and clarity, proactively unblocking and managing cross-vertical and cross-functional dependencies and communication.
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
  • Drive and motivation, motivated to make an impact, deliver results quickly, and raise the bar in the region's ecosystem.
