About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Al-Futtaim Motors. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing key fleet accounts, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  2. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and recommending solutions.
  3. Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements.
  4. Analyze sales data to prepare reports and make informed decisions.
  5. Maintain accounts receivables within guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a fleet, business-to-business sales, or major account sales role.
  • Good understanding of the fleet and/or vehicle leasing business in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn about the Lexus product ranges and their benefits to corporate customers.
  • Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiation skills, and very persuasive.

About the Team:

You will be part of the sales department, working closely with the Corporate Sales Manager and other team members to achieve the department's goals. The team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
