The MEP Operations Leader will oversee the management and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facilities. This position is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all MEP services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the execution of operational and maintenance tasks for essential systems including pumps, motors, HVAC units, chillers, and building management systems.
- Supervise routine inspections and troubleshooting activities for air handling units, mechanical pumps, exhaust fans, and plumbing systems.
- Evaluate the performance of third-party service providers and authorize necessary permits for contractors.
- Assign and coordinate MEP responsibilities among team members to guarantee the timely completion of all MEP projects.
- Prepare and present reports to management regarding ongoing issues and service improvements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist colleagues across various disciplines as needed to fulfill all project requirements.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to MEP operations.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
