Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer for Heavy Equipment to join our team at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing heavy equipment and machinery to various sectors, including private companies, government departments, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote heavy equipment and machinery to potential customers, identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, using a range of techniques including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including weekly and monthly customer visit logs and quotation status reports.
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in industrial and construction equipment sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sales and product training, with a strong understanding of the products and their applications.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor, with a strong ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
  • Arabic language skills are an added value.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
