Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Affairs
    • Provide strategic legal advice to support business growth and development.
    • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial agreements and transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Commercial Agreements
    • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, and manufacturing agreements.
    • Manage the execution process of agreements and ensure timely filing in our repository.
  • Legal Opinions and Solutions
    • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial agreements and transactions.
    • Provide solution-oriented legal opinions to support business growth and development.
    • Stay up-to-date with legislative amendments and recommend necessary changes.
  • Intellectual Property
    • Liaise with our Group Executive: Legal and/or Group Head: Legal Counsel IP on all IP-related matters.
  • Litigation
    • Manage litigation processes and determine the correct approach to litigious matters.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit regular legal reports and compliance checklists.
    • Stay up-to-date with legislation and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Law from a European country, preferably England & Wales or Ireland.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
    • Strong commercial knowledge and experience.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of legal experience in a corporate/commercial/operational legal environment.
