The Events Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our event offerings. This will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue goals
  • Support the department head in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site operations during events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to event objectives

Business Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Events to identify new business opportunities and implement a clear sales strategy to drive growth across DHE assets
  • Schedule client meetings and document outcomes using available CRM tools

People Management:

  • Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on a continuous basis by keeping team members motivated
  • Ensure colleagues and partners are timely informed of changes and developments within the sales department to maintain smooth communication and guest experience

About You:

The preferred candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and aim to achieve business goals and objectives for the sales department. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency and execution, manage CRM systems and communications processes, and be responsible for updating weekly sales reports.
