Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor I-C to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining control systems, instrumentation, and other equipment in our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Implementation
    • Develop and implement approved policies, procedures, and standards to support the execution of work programs.
    • Ensure timely processing of procedures and SOPs in line with respective processes and activities.
  • Quality Management
    • Ensure full compliance with the Quality Management System's controlled documents and implemented practices in line with ISO standards.
    • Provide feedback on updating and implementing new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of processes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of direct hired and body shop technicians on the job.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain effective communication and reporting skills in English.
    • Prepare and submit technical reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Two years Diploma after Secondary School graduation or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience and Knowledge
    • 8 years of experience in maintenance execution in oil/gas or petrochemical companies.
    • Very good knowledge of Control Systems to carry out maintenance activities on a wide range of Instrumentation, Analyzers, and Control Systems.
    • Familiarity with SAP/CMMS and basic computerized tools.
    • 8 years of work experience in installation, repair, testing, and maintenance of a wide range of Instrumentation and control systems in production facilities in refinery/petrochemical/Oil & Gas industries.
    • Maintenance experience with DCS, PLC, and ESD systems.
    • Vast experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of control valves and transmitters.
    • Awareness of ATEX, Hazardous Area Classifications, and its installations.
    • Thorough knowledge of HSE requirements for field maintenance jobs.
    • Good communication and technical report writing skills in English.
    • Team working attitude in a multi-cultural, multi-national work environment.
    • Practical knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP.
    • Professional Certifications.
    • Fully aware of Hazardous areas classifications, installations, and HSE policies and practices.
