Position Overview:
As the Marketing Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager for the Marine & Waterpark sector. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all promotional activities related to the Marine and Waterpark divisions, which encompass various sub-brands under the Aquaventure World umbrella, including the Waterpark, The Lost Chambers Aquarium, marine animal interactions, watersports, as well as retail and food & beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Marine & Waterpark operations team to deliver effective marketing support while ensuring brand integrity.
  • Assist in the formulation of impactful marketing strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Director.
  • Implement initiatives that help the marketing team achieve revenue objectives across multiple channels.
  • Take ownership of the Aquaventure World brand identity, safeguarding its tone, visual elements, and overall essence in all marketing endeavors.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of business performance metrics to drive budgetary goals and enforce brand guidelines across all departments.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring a consistent visual language and managing the visual library for each business unit.
  • Support the organization of internal photoshoots to enhance marketing materials.

Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for brand management. Your ability to work collaboratively and creatively will be essential in this dynamic role.
