Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hygiene & Sanitation Officer to join our team at Shangri-La and Traders Hotel, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular audits of all facilities, including F&B outlets, kitchens, and public areas.
– Oversee sanitation procedures and pest control activities to maintain a clean and safe environment.
– Coordinate staff training on hygiene and food safety standards to enhance colleague knowledge and skills.
– Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and incident logs to support quality assurance efforts.
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent hygiene practices across the property.

Requirements:
– A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
– Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
