We have a great opportunity for an experienced Hygiene & Sanitation Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will join a dynamic team of professionals.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Degree or diploma in Food Safety, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field is a plus.
An efficient person with attention to detail.
A warm and friendly character with problem-solving skills.

What will you do?
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Conduct regular hygiene audits in all F&B outlets, kitchens, and public areas.
Oversee sanitation procedures and pest control activities.
Coordinate staff training on hygiene and food safety standards.
Maintain proper records of inspections, reports, and incident logs.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent hygiene practices across the property.
