Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Treatment Process Manager to lead our team in designing and developing comprehensive solutions for multinational water companies and EPCs. The successful candidate will have expertise in all water and wastewater treatment processes, with strong understanding of local and international regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate tender proposals, assess feasibility, and manage deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Direct and manage a local team and company-wide subject experts to develop winning solutions, designs, and bids.
  • Liaise with clients at all stages to ensure project success.
  • Search and implement new technologies, processes, and product partners to optimize solutions and opportunities.
  • Technically and commercially review and sign off proposals under the relevant management approval structure.
  • Represent the company at meetings, giving presentations, and holding technical negotiations.
  • Develop in-house production of equipment and plants, identifying and negotiating agreements with suppliers to boost project award prospects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Process / Industrial / Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in waste & potable water treatment process design.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in leading teams / departments.
