About the RoleJob Summary- Lead the development of young swimmers and oversee the swim program.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for Junior/Age Group swimmers.
- Identify and track talent within Hamilton Aquatics and external programs.
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions for two Performance Squads of Junior/Age Group swimmers.
- Monitor swimmer progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage Development Pathway Coaches to ensure high coaching standards.
- Implement the Talent ID process and monitor swimmer progression through the pathway.
- Work with LTS and Area Managers to support swimmer transitions and provide clear development pathways.
- Mentor and develop Development Pathway Coaches, ensuring they meet Hamilton Aquatics' values (Pride, Respect, Excellence, Positivity, Unity).
