Main Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, with an emphasis on UAE construction contracts, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Ensure that contracts are in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a relevant bar association.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in real estate and construction law in the UAE.
