Claims Advocacy Expert

We are seeking a skilled Claims Manager to join our team at the Ontime Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and claims advocacy services to our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with our partners, producers, account executives, and brokers to manage claims relationships with major clients and serve as an ambassador for Lockton's claims offering.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, law, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven to ten years' experience in the insurance industry, focusing on claims management and advocacy services.
- Professional qualifications (e.g., Dip CII, ACII, FCII, CPCU, AIC) and/or evidence of significant continuing professional development throughout career.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and the claims process.
- Claims handling and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision within assigned authority.
