ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing and supporting operational procurement activities in accordance with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines, and procedures for Raw Materials (RM), Purchased Finished Goods (PFG), and Direct Packaging Material (PK). You will collaborate closely with local stakeholders and GP to ensure the company meets its delivery service commitments to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in local procurement operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Support the evaluation of optimal logistics solutions to facilitate a cost-effective flow of goods.
  • Update local parameters in the system as directed.
  • Oversee supplier invoice management in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with customs procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and report on established KPIs.
  • Manage defined inventory categories as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS AND OFFERINGS
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
