  • **Establish and Manage Internal Communication Governance:** Develop and implement an internal communication governance system, ensuring regular strategic reviews and bi-weekly tactical reviews to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • **Track and Measure Marketing Efforts:** Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies, providing data-driven insights to inform future decision-making.
  • **Develop Marketing Campaigns and Brand Collateral:** Create and implement marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies, working closely with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • **Manage Brand Resources and Processes:** Ensure consistent brand delivery, including message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data, and highlights.
  • **Conduct Market Research:** Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to inform data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals.
  • **Support Organizational Growth:** Develop and implement content marketing and demand generation strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
  • **Develop Strategic External Events Calendar:** Create a centralized events calendar to drive awareness with new prospects and accelerate existing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • **Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • **Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, event management, or related field.
  • **Proven track record of success in coordinating and managing global workshops, events, and conferences.
  • **Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • **Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
