We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team at Food Specialities Limited. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the growth of FSL and its brands by implementing various digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase followers and reach.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using data analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain digital assets, including websites and email campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through digital marketing.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, including graphic designs, presentations, and market research.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in food & beverage services, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other designing tools along with experience in shooting photos and videos, and using short-form video editing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report digital marketing metrics.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
