The Digital Project Manager oversees projects from inception to delivery across the IM Media Group ecosystem, including internal projects, influencer projects, and client-led projects. This role involves coordinating across multiple teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet business goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination:

- Scope project requirements and prepare budgets accordingly.

- Develop detailed project plans in , define project scope, and set timelines and deliverables.

- Regularly update key stakeholders on project status and inform them of budget implications.

- Manage client and influencer communications, setting clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement digital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.

2. Execution & Monitoring:

- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure project milestones are met.

- Ensure project profitability by managing resources effectively and making adjustments as needed.

- Oversee the sourcing and management of external vendors and third-party collaborators as necessary.

- Review and provide feedback on website wireframes, UI/UX, development, and integrations to vendors and internal teams.

- Assess working methods and processes, recommending improvements to enhance project efficiency.

3. Risk Management & Reporting:

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or budget issues.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients, including status reports, risk assessments, and budget analyses.

- Review project resources to determine if they align with project demands and optimize resource allocation when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.

2. Skills:

- English & Arabic Speaker (Preferred).

- Ability to multitask and balance the needs of multiple streams at once.

- Strong and Positive Personality.

- Ability to manage several projects in parallel.

- Flawless verbal and written communication skills.

- Digital Marketing including website and app development background.

- Strong client management skills.

- Well versed with presentations and storytelling.
