  • External Communications:

  • Draft and edit press releases, articles, and other external communications materials to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Support the management of media relations, including maintaining media contacts and coordinating interviews and press conferences.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage and industry trends to inform our communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create compelling invitations and promotional materials.
  • Support post-event follow-up and reporting to ensure we are meeting our communications goals.
  • Monitor and analyze communication statistics, such as open rates and engagement metrics, to optimize our communications efforts.
  • Work with our CRM team to maintain communication databases and distribution lists.
  • Handle general enquiries and correspondence related to communications activities.
  • Assist the PR & Communications Manager with project management of Law Update, including collating articles from lawyers and reviewing them for publication.
