Telecommunications Agent

The Telecommunications Agent is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing product information via inbound and outbound calls, email, and other communication channels. You will be working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Initiating outbound calls to NTB (New to Bank) prospect customers as well as existing ADIB customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include call quality, customer satisfaction, adherence to schedule, product & process knowledge, average handling time, and sales leads generation.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual language skills (Arabic/English).
