  • Design and Perform High-Throughput Screenings: The ideal candidate will design and perform high-throughput screenings for amorphous solubility and dosage forms, utilizing state-of-the-art lab automation technologies.
  • LC-MS Analytics and Characterizations: Responsibilities may include LC-MS analytics, characterizations of nanoparticle drug delivery systems, solid state/polymorph characterizations, and stability studies to support formulation development.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: The successful candidate will accomplish our mission through creative problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant Scientific Discipline: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or chemical engineering) with 0-5 years of industrial experience in pharmaceutical formulation and analytical development.
  • Theoretical Knowledge: Solid theoretical knowledge of pharmaceutics; analytical, physical, and/or organic chemistry.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in analytical instruments including solubility assessments, particle sizing, UV/Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy, UPLC and LC-MS, CE, etc.
  • Formulation Development: Experience in the development of amorphous solid dispersion formulations is preferred.
  • Lab Automation: Experience in lab automation, high-content data analysis, and hands-on experience in robotic liquid and solid handlers is a plus.
  • Nanoparticle Formulations: Experience in lipid emulsions, lipid or polymer nanoparticle formulations is a plus.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Capable of designing high-throughput experiments, solving technical problems, analyzing data, and reporting results to teams.
  • Communication Skills: Self-motivated, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Level of Experience: The ideal candidate should be between level I or level II, with 1-5 years of experience.
