    • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports, including findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
  • Legal and Regulatory Expertise
    • Provide legal advice and guidance to the compliance and investigations team on regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication

    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience and Skills
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or related industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Any other languages spoken in the region are a plus.
