About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Deal Management Commercial Dubai to join our growing Sales Operations team in our Dubai office. This role sits within our Commercial department and will play a critical part in supporting our global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance, to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients' profiles, providing timely and accurate support.
  4. Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
  5. Support the execution of new processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance team efficiency.
  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  8. Support the onboarding of new colleagues, providing guidance and training to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Very detail-oriented and organized, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, with a fast learning curve and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plus, as is experience using Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
