In this role, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of composite production processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the industrialization process of composite production, optimizing production workflows and material usage.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for composite manufacturing.
  • Ensure seamless integration between design, engineering, and production teams.
  • Establish quality standards and inspection processes for composite components and molds.
  • Monitor and improve production processes to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
