Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Associate Director, the Finance Officer - Senior Associate plays a crucial role in the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the outsourced Finance Officer for regulated clients.
  • Ensure timely submission of prudential regulatory returns and relevant notifications, acting as the primary contact with regulatory bodies.
  • Develop, implement, and update finance and accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and colleagues in executing regulatory finance tasks.
  • Assist in training sessions related to Regulatory Finance.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal meetings.
  • Help promote the firm at industry events and contribute to publications.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development as per internal and external standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing regarding internal standards and business objectives.
  • Maintain daily timesheets and meet weekly performance targets as set by management.
  • Ensure client files are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting and Finance or in a related consulting role.
  • A strong background in Accounting and Regulatory Finance, demonstrating the ability to independently develop policies and foster a positive organizational culture.

Education:

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
