- Liaising with foreign office secretaries and registered office services providers to arrange filings and obtain updated registers
- Preparing corporate documents such as application for shares and share transfer forms
- Creating, editing, and storing correspondence and documents in electronic matter files
- Responding to internal and external telephone enquiries and maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Organising meetings and diary management, as well as booking travel arrangements and accommodation
- Maintaining accurate records and correspondence files, and liaising with clients as appropriate
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to use legal precedents and billing systems
- A recognised legal secretarial qualification or minimum 3-5 years' legal experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as a team member, and tact and diplomacy when dealing with confidential matters
