Job Title: AI Engineer

At Dice, we're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing generative AI models, including LLMs, text-to-image, and generative AI models.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive business outcomes, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Train and Evaluate Models: Train and evaluate AI models using large datasets, ensuring high-quality results and identifying opportunities for model improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Code: Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality results and optimize model performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply relevant knowledge to our AI projects.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop Processes and Tools: Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead Data Experiments: Lead data experiments under the iterative testing framework, ensuring data-driven solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions, communicating complex quantitative analysis in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and design highly complex algorithmic models, driving business outcomes and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing and training AI/ML models, with a strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Skills: Experience with data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages like Python, and/or statistical/mathematical software like R, as well as knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI models.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Cloud infrastructure and platforms, including Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS.
  • Prompt Engineering: Working experience with Kore.AI and Prompt Engineering is a plus.
  • Large-Scale Model Training: Experience with training and evaluating large-scale models on high-performance computing clusters.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or other Science-related discipline with coursework in AI/ML.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and training AI models, with a strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Skills: Experience with scaling up generative models and deploying them in production environments, as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
