Job Title: AI Engineer

At Dice, we're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing generative AI models, including LLMs, text-to-image, and generative AI models.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet the company's requirements, using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
  • Train and Evaluate Models: Train and evaluate AI models using large datasets, ensuring high-quality results and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug Code: Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high-quality results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest developments in the field of generative AI and apply relevant new knowledge to the company's AI projects.
  • Scale Models and Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Scale AI models and identify opportunities for model improvement, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Use Predictive Modeling to Enhance Business Outcomes: Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Develop Processes and Tools: Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy, ensuring high-quality results and optimal performance.
  • Lead Data Experiments: Lead all data experiments under the iterative testing framework, ensuring optimal results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions, ensuring optimal results and high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and design highly complex algorithmic models, ensuring optimal results and high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate Complex Analysis: Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner, ensuring seamless understanding and optimal results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in developing and training AI/ML models.
  • Skills: Experience with data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages like Python, and/or statistical/mathematical software e.g. R.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI models such as GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Platforms - Azure / Google Cloud Platform / AWS.
  • Kore.AI and Prompt Engineering: Working experience with Kore.AI and Prompt Engineering is a big plus.
  • Large-Scale Model Training: Experience with training and evaluating large-scale models on high-performance computing clusters.
  • Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision: Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or other Science related discipline with course work in AI/ML.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and training AI models.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Scaling Up Generative Models: Experience with scaling up generative models and deploying them in production environments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
