The role of a Credit Risk Manager is critical in ensuring the soundness and integrity of First Abu Dhabi Bank's lending practices. This position plays a key part in the bank's efforts to minimize risk while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing clients' financial statements, bank statements, and/or audited statements to assess their creditworthiness.
- Reviewing clients' credit history to ensure compliance with the bank's lending standards.
- Maintaining underwriting quality to minimize risk and ensure that proposed amounts are in line with bank policies.
- Evaluating credit risks/mitigants and ensuring deviations are captured as per policy before recommending proposals for approval.
- Performing system checks correctly and reviewing them as per process to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience including 1 year in a similar role.
