We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Credit Management team as an AVP & Lead - Credit Management (Emiratized Role). In this capacity, you will oversee the preparation, review, and approval of credit facilities for CIB Corporate clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with all credit policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely submission of credit applications, conducting client visits and due diligence, and coordinating with Relationship Managers to obtain necessary information from borrowers. You will also monitor accounts regularly to identify potential problem areas and provide recommendations on risk appetite, ratings, and classification.
This role requires a high degree of analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
