Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Technician to join our team at Unikai Foods PJSC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by performing laboratory testing and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Conducting product releases and performing quality control checks.
  • Preparing and weighing critical ingredients for production usage.
  • Performing pH, Fat, Specific Gravity, Acidity, Strength of CIP chemicals, and other laboratory tests as required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' work experience in Food/Dairy manufacturing unit.
  • Flexibility of working in shifts (day, night & mid).
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
