RP International (RPI) is a dynamic fixed-line operator in the Middle East seeking an experienced Network Development Director. This key role will oversee the development of our fiber networks, ensuring they are deployed in accordance with our network plan and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the department's strategy, plan, and budget to align with the company's corporate goals.
  • Lead the implementation of our network deployment plans, ensuring costs are managed effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts with business partners and vendors for network-related services.
  • Develop tactical plans for specific geographical areas, working closely with our COO and area implementation managers.
  • Direct reports include Implementation Managers and Vendors Managers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field, with an MBA as an added advantage.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMI).
  • Relevant telecoms engineering qualifications including CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent international certifications would be beneficial.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in a senior management position within the telecommunications industry or related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
