Key Responsibilities
  • Invoicing and Reconciliation

  • Record and reconcile invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

  • Verify reconciliation of AP balances with supplier statements.

  • Payment Processing

  • Approve invoices according to authority limits.

  • Process payments promptly according to credit terms.

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of payments.

  • Supplier Management

  • Verify supplier information accuracy and proper authorization of changes.

  • Reconcile control accounts with the general ledger.

You will be responsible for registering invoices, matching invoices to POs, coding non-PO invoices to the general ledger, and performing expense checking prior to approval and payment.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential for data analysis.

  • Familiarity with accounting software is necessary.
