Front Desk Receptionist

Zahrawi Group is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist & Admin Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the right place.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and determine their purpose.
- Manage the reception email address and direct tasks accordingly.
- Maintain international phone logs, staff files, and contract/agreement files.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain meeting room schedules and arrange bookings.
- Manage third-party suppliers and their access.
- Process Hotel Credit Applications and related documents.
- Keep scanned records of important contracts and agreements.
- Conduct regular office inspections.
- Assist and supervise document filing and distribution.
- Be responsible for documents and non-documents during the office assistant's absence.
Collaboration Tasks:
- Email scanned copies of cheques and receipt vouchers.
- Coordinate with sales coordinators.
- Address technical issues with the IT department.
- Support and assist sales and service divisions.
