Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder Group is seeking a strong Product Analytics Manager to partner with product management departments in delivering analytically driven solutions and creating business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business and product insights across strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct complex analyses to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency, and help set targets for teams.
  • Coordinate and work with different functions within the company.
  • Presentation of findings periodically to leaders of the organization.
  • Establish and manage a partnership with product management teams to ensure analytics teams are part of initiatives and day-to-day actions are driven by data/insights.
  • Good grasp of marketing campaigns, product features, and commercial activities to suggest/deliver relevant insights/analytics.
  • Ownership of campaign assessments, success of product features, or performance of clients ensuring measurements are done with high standards while clear recommendations are provided.
  • Delivery of reports/dashboards and insights to support teams for data-driven decisions and performance management.
  • Audit of design and measurement of company performance metrics.

Desired Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Business Analytics within a reputable tech company or top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Exposure to Product, CRM, and Growth departments.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with different functions and drive insights into actions.
  • Proven record of managing a small-sized team and delivering analytics projects leading to change of business process.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Exceptional SQL and Tableau skills.
  • Experience in product analytics, Google Analytics, including A/B Testing, Tracking, and Tag management.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with immediate issue detection on trends.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to craft and deliver presentations for senior audiences with compelling storylines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical content.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
