Job Description

Summary

TPConnects is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our product offerings. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, ensuring data quality, conducting A/B testing, and leading product analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to unlock valuable insights and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Define and implement data quality frameworks, ensuring high integrity and reliability.
- Utilize Great Expectations or similar tools to automate data quality checks.
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure efficient data pipelines.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product changes and measure business impact.
- Establish best practices for experiment design, statistical analysis, and result interpretation.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on test outcomes.
- Develop a product analytics strategy to track user behavior and key performance metrics.
- Define and implement key product usage metrics and dashboards.
- Work with Product and UX teams to optimize the customer journey and engagement.
- Act as a data champion, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders, making clear, actionable recommendations.

Skills and competencies

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
- Strong experience with ETL pipelines and data warehouse optimization.
- Identify patterns in data, derive insights, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data quality testing.
- Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Strong knowledge of product analytics and user behavior tracking.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

What would be good to have

- Experience with modern data stack tools.
- Familiarity with ML/AI-based analytics for predictive modeling.
