About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong background in various cooking styles and techniques. They will be able to motivate and lead a team of kitchen staff, while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, train staff, and maintain kitchen equipment. They will be responsible for managing inventory and food costs, as well as sourcing and ordering ingredients from local suppliers.
