We are seeking a highly experienced Group Treasury Manager to join our team, working closely with our finance department to ensure the smooth operation of our treasury functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models to optimize liquidity management and drive cost efficiencies across the group's banking operations.
  • Monitor and report the daily cash position across all business units, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement and enhance cash management solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Lead fundraising activities with UAE, regional, and international banks based on project and operational requirements, building strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
Treasury Operations:
  • Manage intercompany funding, corporate guarantees, and related documentation, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee bank account administration, including opening/closing accounts, mandates, and signatory management, maintaining strict controls and adherence to policies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, staying up-to-date with changing requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CFA, CPA, or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury, cash management, and trade finance, preferably in a multinational or diversified group.
  • Skills:

Strong understanding of corporate finance, liquidity management, and banking regulations. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with banks and financial institutions. Proficiency in treasury management systems and ERP platforms. Superior presentation and communication skills.
