Job Title: Director of Cash Flow Optimization

Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Director of Cash Flow Optimization to join our team. This role is responsible for driving cash flow efficiency across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cash flow management principles and practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cash flow strategies that drive business growth and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cash flow policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage the credit control team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the cash flow process.

Cash Flow Optimization:

  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to predict and manage cash flow volatility.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow through process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze DSO, bad debt provisions, and other key metrics to ensure efficient cash flow management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CICM and/or CPA is required. An MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in credit control, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risk and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, especially with large clients and complex cases.
