We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Engineer to join our team at One&Only Resorts. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance operations of our entire resort facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance operations of entire resort facility, including guest rooms, building structure, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, power plant, sewage treatment plant, and energy conservation standards and programs.
  • Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and appearance.
  • Coordinate all renovation, expansion, and special projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the resort.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
  • Proven track record of being a trusted and collaborative partner of the business.
  • Highly presentable, dedicated, and a great team player with a passion for quality service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
