Main Duties:

  • Emergency Response and Incident Reporting
    • Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, with urgency and professionalism.
    • Investigate incidents, including thefts, altercations, or suspicious activities, and document findings for supervisory review.
    • Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and safety checks, highlighting notable events and actions taken.
  • Safety Protocols and Compliance
    • Ensure the premises remain free from safety hazards, including obstructed exits, fire hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
    • Enforce safety regulations, including adherence to health and safety guidelines, fire evacuation plans, and other protective measures.
    • Support evacuation efforts during emergencies, such as fires or natural disasters.
  • Providing Assistance and Support
    • Offer direction and support to visitors, employees, or contractors, promoting a positive environment.
    • Interact with individuals in a polite and respectful manner, ensuring they feel secure and welcome while upholding security protocols.
    • Monitor visitor behavior, ensuring they comply with security policies while providing helpful, non-confrontational service.
  • Crime Prevention and Deterrence
    • Maintain a visible presence on site to discourage criminal activity, including theft, vandalism, or violence.
    • Continuously monitor for suspicious behavior and intervene as needed to prevent crimes before they occur.
