We are seeking a qualified anddiligent Safety Officer to join our team inDubai. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safeand compliant working environment by implementing and monitoringsafety protocols conducting regular inspections and trainingemployees on health and safetypractices.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developimplement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliancewith local regulations and companystandards.
  • Conduct regular siteinspections to identify potential hazards and recommend correctiveactions.
  • Investigate accidents andincidents prepare reports and implement measures to preventrecurrence.
  • Organize and deliversafety training programs for employees including first aid firesafety and equipmenthandling.
  • Ensure all safetyequipment such as fire extinguishers and PPE is in proper workingcondition.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof safety inspections incidents and trainingsessions.
  • Collaborate withmanagement and employees to foster a culture of safetyawareness.
  • Ensure compliance withUAE safety and labor laws as well as industryspecificregulations.
  • Prepare riskassessments and assist in the development of emergency responseplans.
  • Monitor and manage wastedisposal hazardous materials and environmentalconcerns.


RequirementsQualificationsandSkills:
  • Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • NEBOSH IOSH or otherinternationally recognized safetycertifications.
  • Proven experience asa Safety Officer or in a similarrole.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE safetylaws regulations and bestpractices.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability toconduct risk assessments and write detailedreports.
  • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications.
  • Attention to detailand a proactive approach toproblemsolving.
  • Fluency in English;knowledge of Arabic or other languages is anadvantage.
