Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids.
  2. Strong understanding of carpentry/joinery principles and practices, with a focus on cost estimation and project coordination.
  3. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  4. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field is preferred, but not required.
