About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter/Polisher to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and condition of our hotel's public areas and rooms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out painting maintenance and repair tasks, including preparation, painting, and polishing of surfaces.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve common goals.
  • Participate in decorating schedules and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections on finished surfaces.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Painter/Polisher in a similar environment, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Demonstrated skill and knowledge in painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to achieving common goals.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written), with excellent communication skills.
